In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the tbazee website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services available at tbazee.vip.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform for the purpose of accessing tbazee's gaming and betting services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or bonus amount credited to an Account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by the User into their Account using supported payment methods, excluding any bonus credit.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round played using funds from a User's Account balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered in eligible games before it or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

By registering an Account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any Wager on tbazee, you conclusively confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement in full, including any documents incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. tbazee recommends that you review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organisation or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions. However, tbazee accounts are personal in nature and may not be used for commercial or business purposes unless expressly authorised in writing by tbazee.

To register and use a tbazee Account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or automated system).
2. You must be at least 18 years of age. tbazee operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Proof of age will be required during KYC verification and may be requested at any time.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of tbazee or any of its affiliated companies, partner game studios, or payment service providers.
5. You must not hold an existing tbazee Account that has been suspended, terminated, or self-excluded. Only one Account per person is permitted at any time.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

tbazee reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

To access tbazee's full range of casino games, sports betting markets, and payment features, you must register a personal Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information associated with your Account. If any information changes after registration, you must update your Account details promptly. tbazee accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information.

Only one Account is permitted per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Duplicate Accounts may be closed without notice and any associated balances may be forfeited pending a review of activity across the related Accounts.

You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP codes — strictly confidential. tbazee will never request your password through any communication channel. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify tbazee support immediately at [email protected].

In order to process withdrawal requests, tbazee is required to verify the identity and age of all Account holders. This process, commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, is a standard requirement for responsible operation of an online gaming platform.

When your Account is flagged for KYC verification, you will be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document such as a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of address dated within the last three months, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or mobile banking statement from bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

tbazee accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following Supported Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at tbazee's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no standard maximum deposit limit; however, certain payment methods may impose their own transaction limits which are outside tbazee's control. For high-value deposits, tbazee may request additional verification.

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your tbazee Account balance within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Card deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank's processing time.

tbazee does not charge a fee for standard BDT deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own service charges, which are outside tbazee's control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

All funds deposited into your tbazee Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared mobile wallets, or anonymous payment methods are prohibited and may result in Account suspension.

Withdrawals of Real Money Funds from your tbazee Account are subject to the following conditions:

1. Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be approved.
2. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
3. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on file with your tbazee Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
4. Any active Bonus Funds or unmet wagering requirements associated with your balance may prevent or delay a withdrawal request. tbazee will notify you of any such restrictions when a withdrawal is submitted.
5. Standard withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or for accounts undergoing enhanced review.
6. tbazee does not charge a standard fee for withdrawals. Processing fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.

tbazee reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, tbazee may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

tbazee offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Account holders from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms published at the time of each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings. These promotion-specific terms are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

General bonus rules that apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the promotion before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Only certain games may contribute towards wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. The specific contribution rates for each game category will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash at face value, and may not be shared between Accounts.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement on active Bonus Funds is met, tbazee reserves the right to forfeit the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them prior to releasing the Real Money balance.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Account, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once through duplicate registrations constitutes fraud.

tbazee reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time and without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse, system error, or for any other operational reason. Players who have accepted a promotion in good faith will be notified of any material changes that affect their existing bonus balance.

All bets and game rounds placed on the tbazee Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport, as provided by the game studio or sportsbook provider. In the event of a conflict between those rules and this Agreement, this Agreement prevails to the maximum extent permissible.

For casino games, all outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) operated by the respective game studio (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi, and JILI among others). tbazee does not control or influence game outcomes.

For sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). tbazee reserves the right to void any bet where a result is subject to dispute, where a market was offered in error, or where the integrity of an event is under investigation.

tbazee reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, game, or event at its sole discretion, including applying individual Account-level stake limits where betting patterns are identified that fall outside normal recreational play.

Any Wager placed using funds that tbazee determines were obtained fraudulently, via a chargeback, or through a prohibited activity is void and will be cancelled without settlement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbazee Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets, access the Platform, or exploit any promotion.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be reported to tbazee immediately and will be voided.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, particularly in conjunction with bonus funds.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction that is in breach of applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Registering multiple Accounts or sharing Accounts with other individuals.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification, including falsifying identity documents or age.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against legitimate tbazee transactions.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Allowing a person under the age of 18 to access or use your Account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tbazee, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from any technical failure, interruption, or error on the Platform.

tbazee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the tbazee Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 17.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and tbazee shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause limits tbazee's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, prevent fraud, or enforce payment obligations.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court or arbitral tribunal to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
